I recently used Preferred Rentals to find my daughter & 3 other college students a house. We had many requirements for the house & I don't live in the Santa Barbara area to know what is what. I needed a 4 bedroom house, in the mesa area, walking distance to the school, in the right price range, good area, clean & that took dogs. Jenn with Preferred Rentals kept in contact with me at all times. She found the perfect house after about 1 month. She then explained to us exactly how to go about getting the house. The girls are moving in, in a couple weeks. She met all the requirements we needed. It was very worth while to us to use preferred rentals our daughter is able to come home for the summer knowing she has a house to move into.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Preferred Rental Services and the work my Personal Shopper Agent did on my behalf. Being new to the area and having special needs for a rental for myself and my disabled 90-year mother posed quite a challenge. By the end of our first week of looking, we had found our place and a few days later are moving in.This was quite a remarkable achievement with a minimal amount of effort and time on my part.
Our agent, Jenn, did a fine job in selecting the best rentals for me to consider that would satisfy our criteria and made the experience even enjoyable. Her experience and knowledge of the rental market was invaluable and gave us an advantage that we would not have had working on our own.

My husband and I signed up with your Relocation Service last month and we are so grateful for the amazing home Gianna found us!
Gianna did an amazing job and we also really enjoyed getting to know her throughout the process. She made our stressful situation so pleasant, and it was a huge relief to trust she was on the constant search for us. We knew we wanted to work with her because she had already found our brother and his son the perfect place to live; but the rental she found for us is beyond anything we imagined! It is everything we wanted and more. Had Gianna not been right on top of it—first knowing about the listing, and then getting us in to see it immediately, I know someone would have taken the place before us.

I'm thrilled to say Preferred Rental found me a place today, and I simply could not be happier right now! I have been under so much stress and was pretty freaked out last weekend when I saw the state of the market here. Thank you both for understanding and dealing with my concerns so professionally and kindly.
First off, I really appreciated that Jenn went above and beyond the call of duty! After we spoke on Sunday, she wasted no time and dove in on Monday calling and looking at more places. When my rental home came up she pounced on it right away and went to see it. She then called me and immediately sent me tons of pictures so I could make a decision. She was really on top of it every step of the way, very pro-active and followed up regularly. She was great about talking me through each step and providing her recommendations and professional opinion about how to handle the situation.
I realize that there is also a certain amount of luck involved, but I have no doubt that I never, in a million years, would have been able to find a place like this (or anywhere close) without Jenn’s help. It exceeds my expectations, and without a doubt it was her being on top of the listings and re-acting immediately that made it happen! It was so worth the money to have a place that I love and all within only one week!
