Enjoy sparkling ocean/island/city views from this charming turn-key  retreat located on a quiet cul-de-sac street on the Riviera.  The gourmet kitchen has granite counters with a wine fridge.  Great for entertaining, the dining area with gas fireplace transitions into the living room with high ceilings.    The master bedroom suite features a state of the art Jacuzzi tub and opens onto a private patio with a lovely sitting area.  The bedrooms are carpeted while the rest of the home has beautiful imported Italian tile floors and faux paint finishes. The family/entertainment room has a fold out full bed and may be used as a third bedroom.  The furnished patio has a gas BBQ and wonderful views. The washer and dryer are located in the two-car garage, with lots of storage space. The nicely landscaped front and back yards are completely fenced.  Water and gardener are included in the monthly rent.  Full amenities are included.  Pets will be considered.
