I wanted to inform you that Jenn has managed to quickly and successfully find me and my cat a place to live in Santa Barbara. I am awaiting to receive a signed lease from the landlord to make it official, but there is nothing to suggest that it will not be finished by the end of the week. Jenn seems to have done an outstanding job finding an apartment and I am excited to see the place when I arrive in town next month. I will also be happy to comment further after seeing the place, but at this point I am truly happy with our inteactions. Jenn was extremely pleasant to work with, responsive, and helpful in understanding the Santa Barbara market. She made the hunting process extremely easy for me, which has allowed me to devote more energy to things here on the east coast before moving. The landlords also spoke highly of their interactions with her and made both of us at ease with signing a lease without having first met. I would highly recommend your service to others in the future, especially those new to the area!
