The Rental Guide

It houses all the rentals that come into our office each day. Whether you are a professional, family or student seeking a rental, you are guaranteed to see the most current Santa Barbara rentals available. Our listings come right from the source, the landlords themselves. We speak with every single person and are able to obtain more additional listings as we go.  Santa Barbara realtors and property management companies also advertise their rentals with us.

The Rental Guide is updated, comprehensive, informative and simple to use.  All contact information is provided with every listing. 

As a subscriber you will be emailed the Rental Guide in a PDF file every Tuesday and Friday after 3:00 P.M.  Subscribers can also come to our office and pick up their Rental Guide during our business hours
