The Rental Guide

Preferred Rental has a tremendous selection of Santa Barbara Rentals available to you and found in our valuable Rental Guide.

Our rental listings come from the landlords themselves.  We speak with everyone! We update our Rental Guide twice a week to insure you get the latest information of all available rentals.  Listings not found any where else! Santa Barbara realtors and property management companies also list with us.  

The Rental Guide is quite comprehensive, informative, and easy to use. Our rental listings are sorted by area, type of dwelling, and price. Addresses and contact information are provided and every listing is updated every twice a week. The cost to subscribe to the Rental Guide is only $49.95 for 60 days. Our subscribers are emailed the Rental Guide in a PDF file every Tuesday and Friday after 5:00 P.M.  Our subscribers can also come into our office and pick up their Rental Guide during business hours. We are there to help and answer any of your questions.

Relocation Service

Our Relocation Service is one of the newest ways to find that “perfect” rental in an otherwise very difficult rental market like Santa Barbara.  Just specify what type of rental you would like, when you need it by, the rent amount and the rest is up to us!  So if you don’t have the time to look, are re-locating to Santa Barbara, are a student or you have pets, all you need to do is go to our Relocation Service to find out more about how we can help you.
