We are long time residents of Santa Barbara, committed to helping tenants and landlords with all their housing needs. We turn your obstacles into stepping stones.
Preferred Rental is the creator of the Rental Guide. Started in 1997, we have carried the largest selection of updated Santa Barbara Rentals. It is available online, by email or picked up in our downtown office.
Our clients helped us "invent" the Relocation Service in 2003. Our Personal Agents actually find you the rental of your choice. A great alternative to the Rental Guide!
We began the "Exclusive Property" service that helps landlords find tenants. We advertise their Santa Barbara Rentals through our extensive network within the community, newspapers and real estate agents. We work closely with our landlords until we secure a suitable tenant for them.
For the past 10 years we have been members of the Chamber of Commerce and have housed many of their members as well as their referrals. We are also members of the Santa Barbara Rental Property Association. We appreciate all of their patronage and support.
