This brings you tremendous amount of exposure as we have between 200 -400 visitors each day visiting our website looking for rentals. Of course, every one of our immediate members will be notified of your rental right away through our direct “Rental Flash” email.
WE ADVERTISEAdvertising will begin ASAP on our website and through a variety of sources and through all print media available to us.
WE PRE-QUALIFY your applicants with a two year rental history, 2 years of employment history, credit checks are performed and references are taken. Criminal background checks are available upon request.
WE FINISH THE RESEARCH and interviews. Then we provide you with a summary of our findings.
WE GET THE LEASE SIGNED by your new tenant.
