WE ADVERTISEAdvertising will begin ASAP on our website and through a variety of sources and through all print media available to us.
WE PRE-QUALIFY your applicants with a two year rental history, 2 years of employment history, credit checks are performed and references are taken. Criminal background checks are available upon request.
WE FINISH THE RESEARCH and interviews. Then we provide you with a summary of our findings.
WE GET THE LEASE SIGNED by your new tenant.
