The prolific use of floor to ceiling window glass and the spacious open floor plan which is built around an outside atrium is designed to bring the outside natural beauty and light indoors.  When you open the stunning stained glass front doors, you step into the sanctuary and a unique lifestyle.  There are gorgeous cherry hardwood floors with beautiful area rugs throughout the home with ceilings of tung-in-groove wood.  The open living and dining rooms have been tastefully decorated and furnished with a gas fireplace.  In the updated bright kitchen there are Corian countertops, lots of cupboard space and a bar style counter for dining.  Off the kitchen is the laundry room with washer and dryer and in the other direction is an office with ocean island views through glass doors.  There is a den with leather furniture and a flat panel T.V.  The master bedroom suite has views through the atrium and the house to the ocean.  The marble master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and large stall shower.   The comfortable second bedroom has a trundle bed with an updated tub/shower bathroom.  Through the office or living room, you walk out on the nice size deck with ocean island views.  Down a staircase brings you to the fully enclosed landscaped backyard with a large pool and surrounding deck.  Includes gardener and pool maintenance.

    Then, Jenn worked her magic by (a) protecting me from the scores of placesthat weren't a fit, and (b) showing me three awesome places, any of whichwould have been great. Even more important for my outcome: the best one of all Jenn recognized as a great value in the perfect part of town, and she was there when the doors opened for the first showing, and had my application in the manager's hands within five minutes.  She had evenanticipated this and had me fill out the form the night before so she had itin hand when she walked in.  Because of her quick actions (facilitate by her discussions with me, so she knew what I was looking for and recognizedimmediately a great place for me), I was first in line for an awesome place, which absolutely would have gone to someone else before I was able to cometo see it myself one week later.

    I can't recommend this service highly enough, particularly for anyone out of town hoping to find a good rental.  They screen you from the places that are not suitable and would waste your time, and they are able to pounce immediately on the great places when they come up.  I have a great place,the right size, the right price, and exactly where I wanted it, thanks to Jenn.   Jenn and Linda are awesome, and I have a great place in SantaBarbara now.
